SPS Donna Lady - 1995 (Donnerhall/Pik Bube/Eiger I) YEA HAW! Donna has joined the girls of Triad Farm! Donna Lady's pedigree combines the famous and very successful combination of the legendary Donnerhall (Donnerwetter/Markus) with that of Pik Bube I (Pik König/Frustra II). This cross is highly regarded in Germany and has produced many approved stallions (Dream of Glory, Davignon I and II, Don Schufro, Danny De Vito, Donatelli, Duntroon, Donnerbube I, and III and Dorano are all from the famous Donnerhall - Pik Bube I cross), top mares as well as extremely talented performance horses competing at the highest levels in dressage. Her maternal-line is equally impressive having produced Approved stallions one of which stood at the State Stud in Celle, numerous State Premium mares as well as horses competing successfully at the Grand Prix level in both jumping and dressage. The exceptional and highly decorated St.Pr. Windrose (Weltmeyer), who was awarded the prestigious title of Champion 3-year old mare in all of Germany, also descends from this dam-line. |

Donna Lady competed successfully in the mare shows in Germany winning her 1a prize each year she was shown. She was Champion of her mare show and was awarded the coveted "St.Pr." distinction in Germany prior to her importation to Canada. She obtained an overall score of 8 at her Studbook Inspection in Germany and then went on to complete her Mare Performance Test with an exceptionally high overall score of 8.22. Her scores include an 8 for walk, 9 for trot, 9 for canter, 9 for rideability and an 8 for jumping ability. Her total dressage index was an outstanding 8.67! This beautiful and elegant mare shows very good type and conformation along with powerful gaits and a gentle disposition. She has breathtaking movement and her athletic ability is exceptional. Donna Lady's 2002 filly by Rotspon won the "Champion Foal" title at the AHS inspection. The judges commented on her femininity and elegance, beautiful and harmonious top-line, excellent neck and gaits. In 2003, she did it again. Donna presented another exceptional filly by Rotspon. She has a 2006 foal by Liberty Gold. Please check our 2006 Foals page for more details. |

| EM Gabbriella
- 1989 (Grunstein/Absatz) We are pleased to welcome Gabbie to our breeding
program. She was generously loaned to Triad Farm from Marilyn Murphy
for the 2004 breeding season. Gabbie has become an icon amongst local
and national breeders. She herself was a multiple champion at Devon
and has produced almost all premium offspring. Her daughter "World's Fair"
owned by Dawn Cannally and by Weltwunder was the highest scoring Oldenburg
mare in 2001, as well another daughter "Wonderous" owned by Jane Peacock and "Finesse" owned
by Lynette are both excelling as upper level dressage horses. Her daughter
Wild Irish Rose has produced 2 lovely Corlando foals
that were both premium. Gabbie produced a premium colt by Corlando in
2004 and is currently in foal to Royal Blend for 2007.

| Work of Art
- Once again, our friend Marilyn Murphy of Keystone Farm, Pa. was gracious
to lease us her mare, Work of Art. A daughter of EM Gabriela and by
Weltwunder, Work of Art offers some unique attributes to our breeding
program. She is a rather tall mare with powerful movement and very good
type. Work of Art is temporarily out of work to be a momma, but would
be ready to go back undersaddle after foaling. Prior to being bred she
was schooling 2nd level and successfully competing at 1st. Work of Art
was also a breed show winner and received well above average scores and
comments at her GOV inspection. She and her full sister World's Fair, owned
by Dawn Canally, are in foal to Rosenthal for 2007 foals. Work of Art is offered for sale for $25,000. Please e-mail or call us for additional information. |

| SPA Phaira -
1999 (Prince
Thatch xx/Lanthan/Eldorado)
A modern Hanoverian mare of proportionate structure,
feminine type, and movement, movement, movement! She is the newest addition
to Triad Farm, and she offers the highly sought after refinement via
her sire Prince Thatch. Thoroughbreds were introduced into the breed
specifically to improve overall durability, improve the shoulder and
croup, and to add refinement to the older breed type. Prince Thatch
was significant in that he produced all these assets and added excellent
rideability and gaits. He successfully completed his 11 months performance
test in Adelheidsdorf with an overall score of 126.68 (3rd), and 132.04(3rd)
in dressage. A rare feat for a TB stallion competing against all warmbloods.
To date he has produced approved sons, several SPS mares, and high priced
auction horses. He will likely be found in the pedigrees of prized mares
for generations to come. Lanthan has also been quite influential as
a refinement sire and producer of both above average dressage and jumping
horses. He has 14 licensed sons and 64 SPS mares and was 4th of 33 at
his performance test, with an overall score of 127.92. Phaira scored
an overall 8 at her studbook inspection with two 9’s on Frame,
and Breed/Sex Type, as well she received a 7.50 on her performance test.
Phaira produced a bay colt by Don
Frederico in 2003, a black colt by Wolkentanz in
2004, and a bay filly by Feiner Stern in 2005. Both colts are available
for sale. We tragically lost SPS Phaira and her 2006 expected Rotspon foal on March 7, 2006

| MSB Etosha - 1999 (Escudo/Rebel Z/Carneval)
Bred by the well-known jumper breeder Dr. Jacobs, Etosha is a FULL sister
to the performance test winner, El Bundy. In addition to his internationally
famous jumping bloodlines, he was 2nd in the dressage portion of his performance
test with a score of 134.61, and 1st in the jumping portion with a score
of 143.17. These two scores combined made him undoubtedly the overall winner
with a score of 145.01! It is not often that a stallion essentially wins
both portions of the performance test. It is this versatility that makes
him so valuable to the breed. Escudo I was also the winner of his performance
test in 1994 and was Hanoverian Champion at the Dobrock in 1996 and Reserve
Federal Champion in Warendorf. Although Etosha is not yet performance tested,
it is likely she will follow the footsteps of her athletic family.
She produced an impressive filly by San Brasil in 2003, Savoire Faire TFH Savoire Faire TFH was the top filly at the Rolling Stone Farm Hanoverian inspection.
Since then she produced a filly and colt by Corlando, both of which were awarded premium titles with the GOV. Etosha is in foal to Corlando for a 2007 foal. This foal is offered for sale in utero. Please check our 2007 Foals page for more details.

| EM Calculated Risk -
Strikingly feminine, imported and proven broodmare. She carries dressage
and prepotent jumping bloodlines. Sire: Corlando,
Dam's Sire: Almea by Alme Z. ''Calculated Risk'' is registered with ISR
Oldenburg (star status), American Hanoverian, and potentially GOV. She
was highpoint and reserve champion at her inspections. In addtion she
received the Rosewood Memorial trophy at Dressage at Devon as a 3 year
old. ''Cally'' has shown through Intermediare I with many championships
and reserves, from Regionals to Floridas CDI*** In 2004 Cally's colt
by Werbellin was the Champion colt at the Hilltop Farm Hanoverian inspection
and was considered a stallion prospect. Calculated Risk was re-presented (jumping portion only) to the AHS at Rollingstone Farm this past July. She scored a 9 on technique and 8 on jumping ability, qualifying her for the Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program. We thank Mo Swanson and team for all their help in preparing Cally. She is in foal to Pablo for a late 2007 foal.

| Satsuma -
(Sandro Hit/Weltmeyer/Marco Polo)
2002 dark bay mare. Our biggest and most extravagant mover on the farm, Smooch produced the first Black Tie foal! (Please see our 2007 Foals page for more details.) She is an exciting young mare in the start of her career. It is our plan to inspect and possibly performance test her this year. |

| SPS Daconda M -
1996 (Davignon/Argentan/Pik
Bube)
Truly one of the most elegant mares we have ever had the pleasure
of incorporating into our breeding program. Daconda M. received at overall
8 at her Studbook Inspection and a 7.06 at her performance test. She
comes from a very proven dam line that incorporates both Argentan and
Pik Bube, and she is out of SPS Allessia, a full sister to the dam of
Rotspon. Her sire Davignon remains
a top son of the legendary Donnerhall. He was the reserve champion of
his performance test in Munster-Handorf in 1991 and the winner of the
Federal Championship of German Riding Horses with a score of 9.36. As
with Weltmeyer, Davignon ranks within the top ten for production of
dressage horses, specifically with a breed value of 176. In addition
he is recognized on the FN list as a proven producer of showjumpers.
Daconda M. produced a typey black filly Ryka by Regazzoni in
2002 and achieved her Elite title within the AHS.
She produced a dark bay handsome colt by Feinbrand in
2003,
and a lovely bay filly by Corlando in 2004. The 2004 filly is still for sale….see
the Sales page. SPS Daconda M is currently in foal to Black Tie for a 2007 foal.

| SPS Maruschka - 1994 (Matcho AA/Windhuk/Lombard)
Similar to SPA Phaira, Maruschka is very elegant and refined with powerful
movement. The Anglo-Arab lines of her sire Matcho AA are often found in
the pedigrees of accomplished mares. He is recognized for his propensity
to produce progeny with an excellent walk, refined stature and chiseled
heads. The nickname “Matcho mare” is often heard when playfully
referring to one of his daughters. From a production level, Matcho produced
46 licensed sons and 64 State Premium Mares. There are 6 licensed stallions
standing in the US, 4 of which are direct sons, and 2 with Matcho on their
dam’s side. As an added bonus, his progeny are very often of dark
pigment. Maruschka received an overall 7 at her Studbook inspection and
an overall 7.22 on her performance test. She produced a very typey Rotspon
filly and more recently a Le Premier colt that received good comments at
the Northstar Farm inspection site.
Maruschka had 2006 foal by Corlando. She was bred back to Corlando for a 2007 foal and the foal was sold in utero. Please see the sales page for more details.

| Savoir Faire TFH
- 2003 Bay filly by San Brasil (Sao Paulo/Argentinus) out of Etosha (Escudo
I/Rebel Z) “Moo Baby” is a keeper for Triad Farm. She was the top filly at
the Rolling Stone Hanoverian inspection with very good comments from Dr.
Wilkens of the VhW. She was also in the top five of both classes entered
at Dressage at Devon. Her scores were in the upper 70’s.

| Whozya Daddi (Wiggles) 2001, 16.3 h, Chestnut filly by Wieland (Wolkentanz/Diamont) out of MSB Tympani (Trapper/Marconi). Wieland is Triad Farm's young hopeful and is currently showing tremendous talent in the dressage arena. We are very pleased with his first filly. She received a score of 71% at Dressage at Lexington placing her 2nd, superceded only slightly by the 1st place filly. Her dam Tympani has been successful, producing a filly by Ulft and a colt by Gold Luck whom was named the Reserve Champion colt/gelding at the ESDCTA Breed show in 1999. In 2004, Tympani produced a premium colt by Corlando whom went on to win the GOV perpetual trophy at Devon. Wiggles is very correct with 3 top notch gaits and an outstanding temperament. She was professionally started under saddle in 2004 and will make her debut at training level in the fall of 2005. Wiggles is sensitive with lovely use of her hind end and freedom of shoulder. An FEI recommendation! Wiggles is currently for sale. Please visit our sales page for more information. |
| MSB Tympani - 1982 (Trapper/Marconi/Cid)
Tympani descends from a line that is older and not often seen anymore. Trapper
was a substantial, powerful horse that stood just under 17 hh and was promoted
as an action trotter at Landgestut Celle. The “Trapper/Marconi”
niche became popular, as Marconi added the needed refinement that lacked
in Trapper. His son Tiamo Trocadero is an International Grand Prix jumper
and was an alternate horse for the British Team in the 2000 Olympic Games.
Tympani competed through 4th level dressage and produced 3 offspring to
date. Her most recent foal was by our young stallion Wieland, and she is
back in foal to him due May of 2003. Her 1998 colt by Gold Luck was named
the Reserve Champion colt/gelding at the ESDCTA Breed show in 1999. Tympani
is truly one of the kindest mares on the farm and she produces very correct
foals with very good gaits.
Our good old girl produced a filly and colt by Wieland, both of which are offered for sale. Tympani has since been sold. SOLD
- Congratulations to Sandra Werkheiser of Northampton, Pa. |

SPS Wynona - 1991(Weltmeyer/Marco Polo/Wholstand) Wynona has not only made her mark within the Hanoverian breed, but she has hopefully become one of Triad Farm’s foundation mares. She scored an overall 8 on her Studbook Inspection, receiving 8’s across the board with only 2 sevens. Her overall performance score was a 7.83 with 8’s on her walk, trot and canter, 8.0 for rideability, and 7.50 for jumping ability. Wynona’s sire Weltmeyer certainly needs no introduction. He is a true equine phenomenon and is held in the highest regard among Hanoverian riders and breeders. To sum his many accomplishments would be a book in itself, but here are a few among the many. In 1986 he was the stallion licensing champion in Verden, as well he went on to win the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf the following year. He was the winner of the Federal Championships of German Riding Horses (3 year old stallions), DLG exhibition champion in 1989, recipient of the Freiherr von Stenglin prize, and 1998 stallion of the year! Weltmeyer has consistently been in the top 10 of the FN list for production of dressage horses. He has well over 60 approved sons and 190+ SPS mares. Wynona has produced several offspring in Germany and one in the U.S by Sandro Hit. Satsuma is an exceptional bay filly that will remain with us. She was the Reserve Champion 2 Year and Under Hanoverian at Dressage at Devon 2002. Wynona is bred to Corlando for a 2004 foal. SOLD – Congratulations to Deborah Gooch of Vero Beach , Fl |
