Triad Farm Hanoverians,
Inc. is located just outside Durham Township in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
The farm itself began construction and restoration in 2000 and was completed
early 2001. Dating back to the mid-19th century, a traditional stone home
and mortise and tenon tobacco barn on 25 acres were the heart and soul of
the farm. With the addition of a ten stall breeding barn and restoration
of the old tobacco barn, Triad Farm was born. As an added bonus, the new
breeding barn was awarded the National Frame Builders Association Building
of the Year in 2001. This is a tremendous honor and we are pleased to share

Our newly restored tobacco barn, now the "mare" barn was the first to be completed. It offers three oversized foaling
stalls with automatic waterers, heat lamps, and video monitors, as well as a small lab/tack area. The year 2001 blessed
the farm with three successful deliveries and we look forward to many more to come! Although we are a private breeding farm, there are occasions when we have space to deliver outside mares. Please contact us for availability. |

The ten stall breeding barn was the latter to be completed. In addition to the 10 stalls, two of which are
slightly larger and provisioned for stallions, there is a 36’x36’ attached breed shed, laboratory, heated
wash stall and tackroom. Surrounding the barn are ample pastures and a full size outdoor arena and roundpen
with lights. We thank our neighbors for generously allowing us to ride on their land and for tolerating an
occasional loose horse!! Partial or full stallion services are available on a limited basis. Please contact us. |
